1. Message Center

It’s a message management center for members. All your massages from Tradevv.com and others are stored in inbox. Once you get a new message, Tradevv.com will inform you immediately. After log in and enter you virtual office, you can read, reply or delete the message. Moreover, to be of great help to you, in Sent items you can also check the message you have sent on Tradevv.com. If you want to backup some messages, you can use Download Messages, which will download the message in last 3 months. You can add your interested companies to Contact Info and contact them later. You can also use Black List to refuse messages from your uninterested companies.

2. Member Info

Here you can add and edit your company information. Only when your company information has been validated by us successfully, your other information may be published. Besides, you can edit your personal information in Contact Person Info. For Premium Members, you can also set Alternate Contact Persons, who will help you manage your products and offers.

3. My Groups

Only Premium Members-China Suppliers can use My Groups. By setting groups, you can not only display your products and offers in your own category, but also let your Alternate Contact Persons help you manage the groups.

4. My Showroom

My Showroom is a free service with which Tradevv.com provide China Suppliers. Here you can display your company and products information (pictures & text). What is the function of Advanced Search?
Advanced Search can make your search result more accurate by narrowing down your search scope. You can search products, offers and companies by keywords; or search under a certain category or in a certain province; even choose to search among all the suppliers, or Premium China Suppliers only.
What is the difference between search by category and by keyword(s)?
All of the products on Tradevv.com are classified into 32 major categories, which are then further divided into sub-categories. You can browse the interested products by category.

You may also search by keywords and find more results from all categories. Please note that search in an individual category will lead to more accurate results. Keywords could be a product name. You may order the results by name or by date added.

What is Inquiry Basket?
Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart, where you can collect all the information you are interested in, such as company, product, or offer information, and then send inquiries or do some other operations at the same time.
How to use Inquiry Basket?
During your browse on Tradevv.com, you can collect the interested product, offer or company in formation in Inquiry Basket, by simply clicking the button of “Add to Inquiry Basket” besides the product information, and then continue your searching. What are the differences between My Favorites and Inquiry Basket?
My Favorites can save the in formation of your interested company, products and offers, while Inquiry Basket will be lost while the ones in My Favorites still remain.

What is Message Center?
All the messages you have received from other Tradevv visitors will be stored in your Message Center (Our web system will also send one Notification to your E-mail1 at the same time). In here, you can view, reply and delete messages similar to an email box. The messages you have sent will be saved to the ‘Sent Items’ folder, which will help you to keep track of all the messages you have sent. If you are our paid member, you can even download and save all the sent and received messages. Note: Messages more than 90 days old will be deleted from this folder on a periodic basis.

Meanwhile, you can search the messages you sent by Subject, Recipient and Recipient's Country/Region. Now you can send message with attachment (Pictures or Texts).
How to edit your Member Info? Can I change my Member ID?
After log in and entering My Tradevv, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Company Info, then click [Modify Company Info], you may enter and modify your company info; once you have finished, please click [Submit]. We will check your company information and edit your information to our database.
About changing Member ID, we won't provide such a kind of function in the user's interface. If you really want to apply a new account, please email us the related information for reference. Please don't register again.
How to edit the Contact Person Info?
After log in and entering My Tradevv, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Contact Person Info, you may enter and modify your contact person info:
To modify Major Contact Information, click Modify and enter, you can finish your modification successfully by clicking Submit.
To create and modify Sub-contact Person: Create new Sub-contact Person: Click Add New Contact Person on the right side, then you will finish it successfully by clicking OK. (Gold, Silver and Bronze Member can add 20, 10 and 6 Sub-contact Persons accordingly.) Modify Sub-contact Person: Click the name of the Sub-contact Person you want to modify, then you can go on to modify the contactor's name and his/her email. Delete Sub-contact Person: Mark the check box after the sub-contact person you want to delete by "√", then click Delete below. Modify the relationship between Sub-contact Persons and Products/Offers: You may enter and modify it by clicking Modify Group below.
How to change your Password and Password Question/Answer?
After log in and entering My Tradevv, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Change Password, you may enter and change your password; if you need to change your password question and answer, please click Change Password Question/Answer on the top right of the side.
How to Create a New Group?
You can use groups to organize products/offers in My Showroom. These groups are in the charge of different contact persons, while relevant inquiries will be sent to major contact person and sub-contact persons accordingly.
After log in and entering My Tradevv, click My Groups on the left side in the menu list, then click Create a New Group, then input product group name in Group Name and select the relevant contact person from Assign Contact Person (You have to add new contact person if needed. Just click Add New Contact Person.), you may finish it successfully by clicking Submit.
Notes: If the major contact person is A, while the sub-contact person of product group AA is B, later inquiries about products in AA will be sent directly to B's email and forwarded to A as well.

Offer is the information about buying, selling or cooperating.
What is the function of the Offer Board?
In Offer Board all the users of Tradevv.com can post their offer to buy, sell or cooperate. You can post offer here even if your products are not made in China.
How to promote non-made-in-China products/services?
Any global traders are welcomed to become members, and search for global buyers information or post trade offers (to buy, to sell, to cooperate) on Offer Board. For buyers, how to search for China manufacturer, China factory?
Use keywords or search Product Directory, which is an ever-expanding database of China products and China manufacturers/factories/suppliers. Find detailed company and product information. And contact any company (member only) online. Post offers to buy (member only) on Offer Board. Qualified manufacturers may then contact you for further negotiation.
