Introduction:
　　 PE large caliber gas and water-supplying pipes possess features of heat resistance, anti-aging, strong mechanical strength, resistance to environment stress fracture and squirm,etc.and they are favorable products used in gas transportation between cities and in water supply projects of urban areas.
Features of production line:
Extruder:
　　 Using screws of high efficiency and excellent mixing property , forced reverse feeding section which is a spiral slot, as well as a high speed and low voice reduction box with hard teeth surface, the extruder guarantees high output and relatively low energy consumption
Mould:
　　 It adopts spiral and composite die head, which ensures easy adjustment, even discharging and quality products. The extruder also has line-marking function.
Vacuum sizing and cooling device:
　　 Adopting special designed sizing sleeve and stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, prompt cooling and high efficiency are fulfilled.
Tractor:
　　 The reasonable designed multi-clawers tractor makes the interface between the pipe and the pedrail more even. The frequency conversion ensures stable traction speed.
Cutting machine:
　　 Adopting planet cutting mode, it ensures plane and clear pipe cross-section.
Controlling system:
　　 It uses ordinary mode as well as man and machine interface, so as to meet various requirements of different clients.
