  Holland FILTRAIR Ceiling filter Speciality This series of ceiling filters are mainly used in surface spray-paint industry, especially for bottom filter in spraybooth, which is processed by high-powered thermal-melt nonwoven of antibreak synthetic fiber(Gradual structure) the fiber density increases gradual toward pure air, high filter efficiency, extend working life; Fully impregnated media with adhesive treatment makes dust particles unable to pass, Uniform diffusion forms laminar flow to have perfect paint spray finish. Conform to the nonflammability standard and classification of European DIN53438-F1 and American UL900-Class1; High moisture resistance, relative humidity can be 100℃.

  Arresters series Filtrair ceiling filters(like CC-600G, FF-560G, etc.) are designed for the end in car paint cabin and they can eliminate all paint finish damage particles, which can create a uniform air diffusion and provide perfect laminar air flow throughout paint cabin in auto fitting shop and auto repair paint plant. Arresters series synthetic fiber filters are opened up and made in the high-tech stuff workshop of Holland Filtrair, this material is made from high performance fiber, advanced gradual density assuring its in-depth dust holding capacity and perfect low resistance. Fully impregnated filter materials is can avoid any fiber shedding or leaking and can still eliminate all particles>5micron during quavering system or unstable temperature. Compact and lubricous outlet surface, A lay of nonwoven mesh is covered with the outlet surface of CC-660, This structure can keep high efficiency, large dust holding capacity and extend its working life, Fine air can be acquired in CC-600G and FF-560G, relatively low resistance can save the cost of system. All Arresters series filters conform to European and American classification for nonflammability(e.g DIN53438-F1, UL900-class1 with flameout) Products quality and performance  are marked by EN-779, DIN standards and Filtrair brand imprinted according to efficiency.

  Speciality: it’s applied to high-quality paint spray filter in the surface paint, high arrestance efficiency , PA-50/PA-100 are especially for heat reclaimer, high strength fiberglass with gradual structure, inlet side is green, outlet side is white, low compressibility keeps its shape and makes fiber deposit paint, mist, soot, etc. Temperature resistance: 170℃. Average Separation Efficiency: ≥95%
