Our company is Boland Furnishings Co. Ltd. Boland is a manufacturer specializing in furniture parts .Our main products include bed slats, bed frame , bent or straight. Our company occupies an area of more than 32000 square meters in the Industrial Park of Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province in eastern China . The factory is equipped with a variety of wood processing and furniture manufacturing facilities ,including log steaming ,veneer peeling, radio frequency heating presses and steam heating presses ,plywood production line ,bent wood and solid wood furniture production lines .Boland is one of the very few bent wood producers in China that are able to process from logs/veneers to finished products ,with curved plywood .common plywood ,as well as solid wood. The most common wood materials we work with are birch, beech, oar, walnut and other hard wood . Boland gives high respect to quality and eco-friendly issues ,All the glues or paints we use in the production meet the indicated international standards. Boland is willing to cooperate with international designers for product development and international furnishing companies for OEM production of quality products. The veneers used for bed slats or bed frames are poplar birch or beech. The face can be either resin coated or paper/film covered. Pressed patterns on the paper face is also possible. The most common slats we work with are with radius of around 4m and 8m and the longest slats we can produce are around 1.6M.Strength and elasticity of slats can be guaranteed.
