Cyclone, relying on inertia centrifugal pull of revolving air, is a simple and effective deduster. With low price, simple structure, compact design, manufacturing easily, management and maintenance convenient, no moving parts. Cyclone is widely used in grain, food, metallurgy, mining, cement, petrochemical industry, etc.
The dedust efficiency can reach 95-99% when dealing with 40-50 micron dust. And with 10-15 micron dust the high-efficient cyclone can achieve the same efficiency. But in practical operations, most of cyclone works from 50% to 90%.
