Return Policy: All our lamps are covered under warranty for 90 days from date of invoice.

If there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied, please call or e-mail us. We will give a solution as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns and will not process refunds or repairs without the original lamp and RMA number.

In the unfortunately and unlikely case that you projector lamp has expired just after the guarantee runs out, we still recommend that you contact us and we will try to help as much as possible.

The 90 days warranty does not cover:

1.  Lamps damaged by projector malfunction, i.e. cooling or power supply issues or Blast.

2.  Lamps damaged during the shipping. If the package arrived damaged then the customer

     has to claim the damage from the respective shipping courier.
