Cartoning machine

Brief Introduction
Cartoning machines are kind of machine which erects a folded carton, fills with a product or group of products, some time with product leaflets, vertically or horizontally through an open end and closes by tucking the end flaps of the carton or applying adhesive. Widely used for the packaging of pharmacies, cosmetics, foodstuffs, confectionery, sundry goods, etc. All the models here can meet the requirements of GMP standard.

The model No. s here just refers the speed of cartoning. Words “H” and “V” within the model No. means Horizontal and Vertical. Specifications can be re-adjustable if users have some special requirements.  OEM is also warmly welcome.

This machine is designed for inserting boards of blister or similar small shape of cakes into the showing or displacing boxes and closing them.  The working process includes transferring blisters singly or in multiples and leaflets which can be automatically folded in 1 or 4 folds; carton erection and convection; inserting the boards or items together with the leaflets folded into the boxes simultaneously; batch No. embossing and two sides of flaps closing. Hot melt adhesive device is optional. It can link with Blister Packing Machine, Pillow Machine, Shrink Machine, and Cellophane Over wrapping Machine to form a production line.
