High-concentrated formaldehyde-free fixing agent 706-80%

 

High-concentrated formaldehyde-free fixing agent 706-80% is multi-amine cationic polymer. It can make up of macromolecular compound with dyes, synchronously combined with fiber, then achieve to improve soaping and rub fastness of fabrics.

 

Characteristics and advantage:

◎     Has no free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde, accord to eco request.

◎     Can obviously improve soaping and rub fastness of fabrics after fixation.

◎     Has no effect on brightness of dye fabrics, basically no effect on color shade.

 

Basic property:

Appearance: yellowish to yellow transparent liquid

Ionicity: cationic

PH Value: 6.0-7.5%  （1%aqueous solution）

Solubility: can be diluted with water by any ratio.

 

Application field:

Color fixing for dyeing and printing of reactive, direct, sulfur and acid dye.

 

Application process:

◎     The valid ingredient of product is 80%, it can be used direct or after being diluted by ratio of 1:3-1:5 (Action: valid ingredient of routine product in market is ≤20%).

◎     Immersion method: Diluted fixation: 1-3% (O.W.F)

                    Liquid ratio: 1:10-1:20

                    PH value: 5.0-7.0

                    40-60ºC, treat time: 20-30 minutes.

◎ Dipping padding: Diluted fixation: 5-20g/L

Action: The dosage of 706-80% can be changed according to dark or light of dye fabrics, for dark color: enhanced, and for light: reduced.

 

Action:

Generally, it can’t be used with anionic agent in one bath.

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
