Hengyong PP melt-blown filter media is made from special polypropylene resins by unique techniques with the high temperature melt-blown non-woven technology. In particular, pleatable product has a higher tensile strength, higher break endurance and higher stiffness, which is critical in making various pleat filter,e.g.V-bank ventilation filter, air filter for automobile cabinets, filter for vacuum cleaners and various houshold filters. Hengyong’ polypropylene melt-blown filter media covers a wide range of efficiency grade, F6 to Y11 for ventilation filters.

Product Performance:
■ The product is from hydrocarbons with innocuity, insipidity, white and light character
■ During combustion, PP produces only CO2 and water, this has little effect on the environment compared with other plastics
