The hydrogen compressor cooler mainly cools the compressed hydrogen gas to prevent the danger caused by high compression temperature.
1. High compactness: small size, light weight, and space saving.
2. Widely applicable media: The working medium can be water, glacier refrigerant, hydrogen, etc.
3. High efficiency: extremely high heat transfer coefficient, achieving the highest heat transfer efficiency.
4. High temperature resistance: It can withstand temperatures up to 1000 ℃.
5. Structural diversification: There are two structural options available: PCHE and coaxial sleeve.
The hydrogen compressor cooler is used to cool the exhaust gas of the compressor. Due to the high temperature generated by the compressed gas, it may ignite the hydrogen gas and cause danger. Therefore, a heat exchanger is needed to exchange heat between cooling water and hydrogen gas to cool the high-temperature hydrogen gas. One or more coolers are required according to the compression stage.
