Co-extruded PVC Foam
ENHANCED HARDNESS AND BRILLIANT SURFACE FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE
Co-extruded PVC foam board is a rigid material characterized by an expanded closed-cell core and thin, non-foamed surfaces, commonly referred to as three-layer PVC foam board. It belongs to the PVC foam board family.
This board is primarily made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, with additional additives included to meet specific performance requirements and production needs. It is produced using co-extrusion technology with both foamed and non-foamed materials.
One of the key advantages of co-extruded PVC foam board is its super glossy and harder surface, which allows it to be used directly without the need for painting or laminating. It can be easily sawed, CNC cut, drilled, and nailed. This makes it an ideal choice for a variety of applications, including kitchen cabinets, interior decorations, partition walls, and furniture designed for humid environments.
