Polyreflex polypropylene (PP) corrugated sheet

(also known as fluted sheet, coroplast sheet, twin-wall sheet)is made of polypropylene (PP) copolymer, homopolymer resin and some fillers.

Polypropylene fluted PP sheet is an extruded corrugated sheet consisting two flat walls connected by vertical ribs, or in the pozidrive structure. It's produced by extursion, can add various color materials, conductive materials, antistatic materials, fire resistant materials and ultraviolet resistant agent.

PP corrugated sheet is absolutely harmless and odourless, and moisture resistance & anticorrosion. Its outstanding properties such as strong, lightweight, various colors make it good in packaging, advertising, construction, agriculture and industry uses.

Wide ribs allow the corflute sheet to have a lower weight, stronger and harder surface, and the larger hollow allows the support rod to be inserted.

Narrow ribs make the thin corflute sheet lighter, stronger and easier to produce.

The core ribs of the corflute sheet are S-lines. S corflute sheet is much more strong than those sheets with narrow or wide ribs sheet.

Polyreflex printing-grade corflute sheet has a very flat surface and it's suitable for yard signs.
