1 High temperature resistance
After aluminum coating, the service temperature of steel can be increased by about 300 °C compared to the same type of steel that has not been aluminum coated.
2 High Corrosion resistance
Hot dipped aluminum steel has a double-layer structure: a surface pure aluminum layer and an Al Fe alloy layer.
3 Good abrasion resistance
According to measurements, the microhardness value of the surface of aluminum infiltrated steel can reach around HV900. Therefore, its wear resistance (such as sediment wear and solid material wear in chemical processes) is very good.
4 Good extensibility
