switch" that uses a small current to control the operation of a large current.

Detailed

Safety relays Product Features

Safety control relays are an electrical control device, which is an electrical appliance that causes the controlled quantity to undergo a predetermined step change in the electrical output circuit when the input quantity (excitation quantity) changes to meet the specified requirements. It has an interactive relationship between the control system (also called the input loop) and the controlled system (also called the output loop). Usually used in automated control circuits, it is actually an "automatic switch" that uses a small current to control the operation of a large current. Therefore, it plays the role of automatic adjustment, safety protection, and conversion circuit in the circuit.

Notes on safety control relays:

1) The safety relay cannot be cross-connected with other controllers. Terminals Y1, Y2, 5, 6 and 7, 8 are all non-voltage terminals.

2) Ensure that the output connected to the safety relay does not exceed the rated switching current.

3) Ensure that the device is directly connected to the safety relays for machinery circuit, or ensure that the downstream control is also in dual-channel (redundant) mode.

4) If the equipment fails or is visible damage, immediately stop the power supply of the safety relay control loop.

5) The safety relay in transformer is a non-explosion-proof product and cannot be used in flammable and explosive situations.

Function and application:

Using safety control relays in the use of automated low-voltage electrical appliances can effectively promote people’s quality of life and make people’s lives more convenient and efficient. Because in automated low-voltage electrical appliances, relays can provide people with more efficient and high-quality electrical services. Let people's complex and diverse life needs be met. Because in the use of low-voltage electrical appliances, the voltage is controlled, the DC voltage is generally 1.5kV, and the AC voltage is generally 1.2kV. Therefore, when using low-voltage electrical appliances, the safety relay in transformer must still be used to send work signals and instructions to the low-voltage electrical appliances, so that it can control the use of power equipment, facilitate the operation of switches, and allow automated low-voltage electrical circuits. Use effective replacement of manual operation, saving the operating cost of electrical use.
