NKW1 ACB

NKW1 series universal circuit breaker (also called Air Circuit Breaker/ACB) is suitable for electrical energy distribution and protection of circuit in the distribution network of AC 50Hz / 60Hz, rated current 400-6300A, rated insulation voltage AC1000V, rated working voltage AC400V, AC690V. It can protect electrical equipments from the hazards of overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. At the same time, it has isolation function. The variety of protection functions of the circuit breaker can achieve high-precision selective protection, avoid unnecessary power outages, and improve power supply reliability and safety. NPK1-2000, 3000 (GH) live replaceable controller circuit breaker is a new structure circuit breaker newly developed by our company that can quickly replace the controller without opening the cabinet door or cutting the main circuit. Operating mechanism

The operating mechanism and manual, electric transmission mechanism are located on the front of the circuit breaker. The operating mechanism adopts a five bar free release mechanism, which is in the form of well energy. During use, the mechanism is in the pre energy position. As long as the circuit breaker receives a closing command, it can immediately close. The pre energy release can be completed using manual energy technology or combined magnetic technology. The Shendong motor mechanism is self-contained and can move through a concave convex groove between the shaft and the main shaft, making installation convenient.

Tactile system

Adopting a one-stage contact system, at different parts of the same contact, the contact unit has both the main contact function and the arc contact function. New arc resistant materials are used to prevent the contact from distributing hot surfaces and causing high temperature after breaking the circuit breaker current. The contact system adopts multiple wells to reduce power and improve the stability of the contact.

Arc chamber

Each pole has an arc chamber, which is used to isolate the electrodes, isolate them from each other, and isolate them from other parts of the circuit breaker and operators. All the arc chambers are placed inside the insulated base, increasing the mechanical strength of the arc chamber wall and preventing them from exploding when breaking large short-circuit currents.
