Luosifen is one of the special snacks in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It has a unique flavor of hot, cool, fresh, sour and hot. It is the most distinctive local snack in Liuzhou. Luosifen is also delicious because of its unique soup ingredients. The soup is made from natural spices such as snails, snails, anise, cinnamon, cloves, various chili peppers, and monosodium glutamate. On August 20, 2018, "Liuzhou Luosifen" won the national geographical indication trademark. In 2008, the craftsmanship of Liuzhou Luosifen was included in the second batch of intangible cultural heritage list of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. In 2015, the official English name of Luosifen was defined as "Luosifen rice Noodle" in the third revision of the Local Standard of Liuzhou Luosifen and the Local Standard of Prepackaged Luosifen. On March 21, 2019, the official of Liuzhou, Guangxi, the birthplace of Luosifen, expressed his gratitude to overseas friends for their concern. Luosifen is an intangible cultural heritage in Guangxi and is gradually applying for national and world-class intangible cultural heritage. On May 24, 2021, the Liuzhou Luosifen production skill declared by Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was approved by the State Council to be included in the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.
