Serialized and modular design
ZOPO classic Square ram series double column machining center adopts advanced design concept, combined with Finite Element Analysis(FEA), which can effectively reduce the deformation of the machine during machining, and improve the machining accuracy and accuracy retention at the same time.
The products are rich in variety and complete series to meet the processing needs of different industries; suitable for aluminum alloy, cast iron, steel and other materials. The overall appearance design easy the operation and maintenance after comprehensive study of ergonomics , especially optimized design of waterproof and chip removal system.Modular design provides customers with more configuration options.
High precision and high stability structural design
All castings are made of high-strength gray cast iron with vibration absorption ability, and are aged to ensure stability. The reinforcing ribs are well designed to have excellent bending resistance to ensure the stability of the machine tool.
- Ram:Optimal central symmetrical spindle box design; hard rail with extra-large cross-section and high rigidity; overall rigidity increased by 20%.
- Spindle:Imported spindle unit, and using imported carbon fiber coupling to directly connect the motor and gearbox, with a maximum output torque of 1000 N.M.
- Machine body:One-piece casting bed and internal reinforcement rib design ensure stability and high rigidity; simplify assembly process, reduce assembly errors caused by personnel, and improve machine tool stability.
- Beam:The optimal stepped beam and saddle design shifts the overall center of gravity of the spindle box backwards, increasing the machining rigidity.
